Frontier Community Credit Union Creates New Program To Help Homeless
Frontier Community Credit Union has launched a charitable initiative to raise money for a new area homeless shelter. One-hundred dollars from every new home loan will go to the Leavenworth Interfaith Shelter of Hope.

At Frontier Community Credit Union’s Christmas party, our employees donated items for the Leavenworth Assistance Center to distribute to local families in need. Donations included diapers, pajamas, gloves, t-shirts, underwear, socks and $320 in gift cards. We’re proud to have such generous staff!
Frontier Community Credit Union Donates $3,000 To Survivor Outreach Services
Frontier Community Credit Union contributed $3,000 from our Surviving Spouse & Family Member program to support the Survivor Outreach Services program, which is part of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation at Fort Leavenworth. The credit union donated $1,500, with a matching contribution from the Armed Forces Financial Network.
Frontier Community Credit Union Donates $2,260 To Local Shelter
Frontier Community Credit Union has donated $2,260 to the Leavenworth Interfaith Shelter of Hope. The credit union matched donations from its members during International Credit Union Week, Oct. 13-17. In five days, members came through with $1,130 in donations.
Frontier Community Credit Union Donates $3,500 To Public Schools Foundation
Frontier Community Credit Union has pledged $3,500 to the Leavenworth Public Schools Education Foundation, earmarked for the school’s band program. The credit union is giving the foundation some flexibility with the grant.
Frontier Community Credit Union Donates $9,493 To The United Way Of Leavenworth County
The funds for the annual donation were raised through the credit union’s United Way Skip-A-Pay program. Each year, members who have borrowed money from the credit union are allowed to skip their October, November, December or January loan payments for a fee, which is donated to the United Way.
