By completing and signing a checking account application, you understand:
- Opening is not automatic. Qualification is based on review of application, identification requirements and account verification results. Further information may be required.
- A primary savings accounts is required to have a checking account.
- The member agrees to terms and conditions of the Membership and Account Agreement, the Funds Availability Policy Disclosure and the Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosure previously given at savings account opening.
