Steps to Request Account Deletion

Data Deletion from the App
When you request the deletion of your account, the following data will be deleted:
Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, and phone number
Financial transaction history
App usage data related to the Frontier Community CU Mobile app
Our provider, Alkami, securely retains data dependent on the solution purchased by the financial institution and ranges by internal data classifications with secret data retained for a minimum of seven (7) years and transaction data retained for a minimum of twelve (12) months. All sensitive and confidential data, regardless of storage location, is retained for legal, regulatory and business requirements. The specific retention lengths are established by the data owners under advisement from the Chief Legal Officer. Legal hold orders may extend data retention beyond established retention periods.
